Welcome to NSCT Prep. By accessing or using https://nsctprep.dev(the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

NSCT Prep is a free educational platform offering multiple-choice question (MCQ) practice for students preparing for the National Skills Certification Test (NSCT) and similar computer science assessments. The Site provides practice questions, mock tests, study articles, and related educational content.

3. No Affiliation

NSCT Prep is an independent, third-party study resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NAVTTC, the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, or any official body administering certification exams. All trademarks, brand names, and exam titles belong to their respective owners.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to harvest content from the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its servers
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
• Copy, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of our content without permission
• Use the Site to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful material
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Site

5. Intellectual Property

All content on NSCT Prep — including the design, code, written articles, layout, and original MCQs authored by us — is the property of Muhammad Abdullah Awais and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Some MCQs on the Site are shared by university communities for educational practice purposes and remain the intellectual property of their original authors. They are presented here under fair-use educational principles. If you are a copyright holder and believe your work has been used incorrectly, please contact us so we can address it.

6. Free Service & Advertisements

NSCT Prep is provided free of charge. To support hosting and continued development, the Site displays advertisements through Google AdSense and may display other relevant ads. By using the Site, you acknowledge that ads will be shown alongside content.

7. Accuracy of Content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that questions, answers, and explanations on the Site are accurate and aligned with the NSCT syllabus. However, content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content reflects the most recent exam pattern or that practicing on this Site will lead to a particular exam result. Always verify critical information with official syllabi and your instructors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSCT Prep and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, including but not limited to exam outcomes, lost study time, reliance on inaccurate content, or technical failures.
